I was talking with InVivoLink’s Director of Software Development a few days ago and the conversation turned to the theme of transparency in the workplace. Bryan did a really good job summarizing why it’s important to our business. More specifically, his comments framed why processes and tools that promote internal transparency are important to teamwork and the delivery of value to our clients.
