What We Are Doing
We are on a mission to empower providers with clinically intelligent technologies that elevate the quality of care through evidence-based medicine. We bring forward innovative technologies that enable care coordination across the episode. Our applications help providers and their partners make decisions based on value to the patient. By enabling a Level 3 implant registry, providers are empowered with unprecedented clinical decision support tools to manage the continuum of care for implant-related procedures. We come in to work each day knowing that what we are doing is good for patients and good for the future of health care.
Philosophy
You hear it all the time: The current state is not sustainable. Costs are skyrocketing out of control. Quality data is difficult to obtain and understand. No one can tell how products compare on effectiveness. Constituents in the implant value chain are not aligned and do not share data or incentives…
These are the industry problems InVivoLink works to resolve. How are we different? We focus on alignment, collaboration, and outcomes.
What We Believe
- The patient comes first. Period. Patient care is affected by the strength of the support ecosystem around the patient. This ecosystem includes the physician, the hospital, therapists, the distributor sales rep and operations staff, the manufacturer, and the payers. We believe our products put the patient first by helping these constituents better communicate and coordinate their activities across the episode of care.
- There is a direct relationship between quality and efficiency. We believe our products help providers understand the quality – cost relationship, enabling them to manage with a heightened focus on value to the patient.
- Healthcare costs are out of control, but the drivers of change are now available. We believe we are in a period of tremendous opportunity to reshape how care is delivered to the patient. Healthcare reform creates incentives for physicians to focus on outcomes. Web-based software, the cloud, SaaS, mobile devices, social and collaborative technologies, mashups and open source analytics… these are products that make InVivoLink’s solutions scalable, highly available, and easy to adopt. There is a tremendous amount of entrepreneurial energy bringing forward new ideas. We believe that we are perfectly positioned to play a leading role in the future of healthcare.
- Alignment is the key to success in our business. When incentives are aligned everyone wins. We believe our products create alignment between the care teams and partners responsible for quality patient care inside and outside the hospital. Alignment also requires trust. A great way to build trust between a CFO and a physician or between two partners is to share data that both parties believe in. At InVivoLink, we believe that we can use clinical and financial data to align constituents and set them on a path towards improved outcomes. In order to have a successful program, we believe it is critical to align those responsible for business concerns with those responsible for quality and outcomes.
- Doing smart things upstream can decrease costs and improve care downstream. That’s why InVivoLink is focused on covering the continuum of care.
- For an implant registry to be self-sustainable, it must be supported by a viable business model. We believe we have the business model and the technology that makes a scalable Level 3 implant registry reality.
- Adoption is a result of designing software that’s easy to access, easy to use, graphically pleasing, and intuitive. We believe in our staff’s ability to deliver services and systems that require little training and high adoption.
- Customer service should be easy to access, friendly, multi-modal, collaborative, and must never blame the customer. We believe in putting our clinicians and clients first.
InVivoLink provides quality and cost data across the episode that improves patient care. To understand financial and clinical outcomes, everyone must look at the same set of data. We provide this data – and a lot of additional value along the way.
